• Names: the first and last names of guests entered in a seating plan.
• Email address: for passwordless sign-in, invitations and collaborative editing.
• User ID: a technical identifier used to associate an account with its access permissions.
• Other user content: seating plans, tables, seat assignments, versions, room elements and labels.

The app does not collect payment details, location data, contacts, photos, health data or advertising identifiers.

We use this information solely to provide the app's features:

• Sign-in by email code and protection of private seating plans
• Storage and restoration of the current planning status
• Synchronisation across devices
• Inviting and authorising additional people
• Handling support requests

Where applicable, processing takes place to provide the app, fulfil the user relationship and deliver our services securely and reliably.

Seating-plan data and sign-in status are also stored on the device being used. This keeps the current plan available if the internet connection is temporarily unavailable. A backup file is created and shared only when you choose to do so.

Supabase provides authentication, database and real-time synchronisation. It processes the email address, technical user ID and collaboratively stored seating-plan data.

Infomaniak is used to send sign-in codes and other technically necessary emails.

Apple processes purchases of the full version through the App Store. We do not receive complete payment details. The app only checks whether the full version has been unlocked.

OpenAI and Cloudflare provide the technical infrastructure for this website. Standard connection data such as the IP address, time and requested page may be processed.

These providers process information under their respective privacy terms and, where required, as processors subject to appropriate safeguards.

Depending on the service and technical infrastructure, information may be processed in Switzerland, the European Union, Singapore or the United States. For transfers to countries without a recognised adequate level of data protection, contractual guarantees such as standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards are used where required.

We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs or tracking across apps or devices. Personal information is not sold and is not used for personalised advertising.

Cloud data is generally retained for as long as your account or a shared seating plan exists. You can delete your account directly in the app under ‘Plan together’ by choosing ‘Delete account’. Shared seating plans that you own will also be removed. Create a backup first if you want to keep a copy.

You can also request deletion at support@zimmermannapps.com. Statutory retention obligations remain reserved.

Anyone who enters guest names in the app decides to provide that information and is responsible for informing the people concerned where necessary. We do not use these names for our own purposes.

Depending on applicable data protection law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.

When you access this website, technically necessary server logs such as the IP address, time and requested page may be processed to operate the website securely. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

We may update this policy if features, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
